We are looking for a Junior Digital/Graphic Designer with a deep understanding of visual hierarchy along with information design concepts and apply it to deliverables. Craft visuals inline with the business/project goal and strike the right balance between design and business.
Responsibilities:
• Closely interact with marketing and product team to analyse and understand requirements. Make compelling and thoughtful designs considering its usage across multiple channels and devices.
• Create campaign creative deliverables and develop all company marketing requirements according to assigned creative briefs (including website banners, email newsletters, social media content).
• Design Advertisement Banners & Re-targeting Banners.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines as a team member as well as an individual.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, with print and digital experience.
• Strong creative and visual skills that can adapt quickly to the branding of companies and be able to adapt and create content that is on brand and reflects the company’s overall aesthetic.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD or Figma.
• Portfolio showcasing print and digital/social media work.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek language.
• Good understanding of standards-based HTML and CSS.
Nice to have:
• Build pixel perfect and responsive designs/prototypes for marketing campaigns and landing pages which are in accordance with brand attributes.
• Knowledge of Canva and Google Slides.
