🔍 What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them make the most out of the ContactPigeon platform
- Coordinate implementations and ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Bridge communication between customers and internal technical/support teams
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal)
- A friendly and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
