Office Assistant

We are looking for a positive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our growing office running smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties primarily includes:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and mail inquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Following up communications to clients and partners
  • Manage office supply arrangements
  • Coordinating administrative tasks (e.g., cleaning staff, food orders, maintenance, etc)
  • Arranging events as necessary
  • Providing general administrative support for our teams

Requirements

  • Strong communications skills (both in Greek and English)
  • Warm and welcoming personality
  • Great organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Proven prior experience in Administrative / Secretarial / Office assistant capacity will be a plus
