Our omnichannel engagement platform allows businesses to significantly improve their commercial results, by utilizing data-driven and AI features which lead into actionable insights and thus specific revenue generating marketing actions regardless the sales channel or engagement touchpoint.


The Role

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and motivated junior sales professional, who will further enhance our omnichannel proposition and go-to-market process, by engaging with our prospects and generating new business opportunities.


As an Omnichannel SDR, you will be responsible for actively prospecting new leads, researching the market, and qualifying prospects into new business opportunities.


This role incorporates, in most cases, the very first interaction of new prospects with ContactPigeon, so it is crucial that you present the product and its benefits fitting his/her needs and thus set the stage for an effective sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate meetings for Account Executives (AE) through prospecting and outreach to potential leads
  • Work closely with AE's and Marketing to develop target client lists in an international scope.
  • Learn to effectively identify qualified leads and articulate ContactPigeon's value proposition.
  • Utilize all tools necessary to schedule online or face to face meetings between key target prospects and Account Executives.
  • Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage, track, and report ALL activities in CRM.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ContactPigeon products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.


What We Are Looking For

  • Someone who is energetic, driven and engaging in a customer-facing context.
  • Excellent written and oral communication both in Greek and English.
  • BSc in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Previous experience as an SDR is considered as an extra advantage.
  • Desire to learn, passion to work, and evolve with the sales function.
  • MarTech and Omnichannel Marketing knowledge and understanding.
  • Ability to really get “into client’s shoes”.
