ContactPigeon seeks a creative and motivated individual to join our team, working as our Social Media Specialist to support a highly collaborative team in creating digital experiences with meaningful impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end organic and paid social campaigns, including strategy development, guiding compelling content creation, and optimization to enhance ContactPigeon's brand reputation, promote customer loyalty, highlight our company culture, and drive user engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan, create, and curate engaging daily content that promotes our company brand and fosters user engagement, including text, images, and videos. Collaborate with the design team as needed.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and continuously grow social content development and performance opportunities.
- Moderate user-generated content.
- Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how our company can best participate.
- Monitor and measure the success of social campaigns and engagement using KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Genuine passion for social media, ability to be highly creative and digitally innovative
- Strong editorial judgment and proficiency in creative copywriting and visual storytelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as time management skills
- Prior experience at an agency, in-house agency, or marketing department is a plus
- Exhibiting flexibility and willingness to pitch in to help the broader team as needed
